Important issues of advice can concern director’s and officer’s liability, or concern business transactions made within the year before bankruptcy. Although the Dutch law holds that directors of legal entities are not liable, there are nevertheless some major exceptions to this rule. Whether you yourself are a director or supervisory director or whether you are the injured party, it is advisable to make an analysis of the risks and options in good time.
