Legal consulting is a confidential matter. Our firm offers legal work at the highest level. We represent your interests in a loyal, independent and discreet manner. In order to provide you with the appropriate individual advice we will carefully examine your overall situation, business objectives and goals.

Individual and Flexible Fee Agreements

To have a clear insight into the costs is essential. The fees will be discussed in advance and an estimate will be provided, before we start on the case. We generally offer our services on the basis of an hourly rate. In some cases, especially concerning recovery of claims, we can agree on a flat fee for our legal work. Any additional costs regarding legal proceedings, bailiff etc, in the Netherlands or abroad will be made clear beforehand.    
Our fee structure is flexible. We can provide details of the applicable fees and  costs. Transparency and clarity apply from the beginning of our client/attorney relationship.
